700 marijuana plants discovered by police

FREEPORT ? Some 700 marijuana plants with an estimate street value of $700,000 were discovered in East Grand Bahama on Tuesday.
Police reported that a team of officers spotted a small marijuana field in bushes in the South Riding Point area on the north side of the Grand Bahama Highway.
ASP Loretta Mackey, press liaison officer, said the discovery was made around 10.45am on Tuesday.
